Hsiaoling Fan, a partner of our firm, is invited to speak on the topic of “Regulation and Agreements for Technology Transfer in Practice” on March 19 2009 at the Law & Practice Seminar for R&D project managers in Ministry of Economic Affairs. The speech not only includes all legal aspects in technology transfer but also introduces the major schemes of the Economic Espionage Act of 1996 (18 U.S.C.§1831-9）in the United States.
