The 7th Cross-Strait Academic Forum for Intellectual Property Laws will be held on 13 and 14 October 2008 in Shenzhen City, China. Many IP professionals from industry, government and academics from Taiwan and China will attend this event, including leading scholars from the Graduate Institute of Intellectual Property, National ChengChi University in Taiwan, and the School of Intellectual Property, Peking University in China. Ms. Hsiaoling Fan, a partner of this firm, has been invited to serve as a panelist for the seminar titled “Cross-Strait Protection of Intellectual Property Rights.”
