Ms. Georgia Chang and Mr. Shuia-Sheng Huang, Senior Partners at Formosa Transnational, led the firm's team, including Associates, Mr. Brian Lai and Mr. Chi-hang Lee, to contribute the Taiwan Chapter for the "Guide to Arbitration Places (GAP)" at the invitation of Delos Dispute Resolution (Delos), an independent arbitration institute in France. The second edition of the GAP (GAP 2) was published recently on 19 July 2021. GAP2 is a collection and compilation of fifty-six chapters contributed by fifty-nine law firms, including four firms that collaborated on the USA Chapter.

With contributors from fifty-nine law firms specializing in international arbitration, Delos organized and edited the GAP, which identifies practical issues in international arbitration and provides an effective, concise, and professional arbitral guidance for reference with respect to multiple jurisdictions. Each chapter of the GAP includes two summaries, respectively, for (1) in-house and corporate counsel and (2) arbitration practitioners, thus providing easy and fast comprehension at a single glance. GAP2 is currently live and may be accessed at the following link:
