「專利法變革：美國最新修法與法院見解之因應」座談會
經過歷時近十年的各項修法辯論後，美國專利法修正案終於經國會通過後在2011年9月16日由歐巴馬總統正式公布生效。新法究竟反映、接受或拒絕了修法過程中的哪些論辯？修法過程中原欲處理的哪些問題，已由近年法院重要判決所闡釋？立法者與司法者究竟試圖為美國專利法帶來怎樣的新貌？企業因應此等變革，在專利申請與佈局、專利維權與防禦的實務運作上，應有如何之因應？本座談會將由美國專利律師主講美國新法下的因應策略，精彩可期，座位有限，敬請及早報名，以免向隅。
