Ms Hsiaoling Fan, a partner of this firm, is invited to speak in the Seminar on “Practical Tips and Strategies for International Patent Licensing. This Seminar is held by Chinese National Federation of
Industries (CNFI) on November 27, 2012. The six-hour speech mainly discusses the preparation for international patent licensing negotiation, the structure and features of licensing agreements, the
strategies and practical advices on licensing negotiation. The issues of antitrust scrutiny, licensing on industrial standards and patent pools will also be discussed.
