Jane Hou, Patent Manager of Technology Law Department of the firm, is invited to be a panelist in a seminar, titled “Biotechnology and Law of National Chung Hsing University 2012,” on “Discussion over the Protection Policy and Trend of Intellectual Property of Agricultural Technology from Serial Litigation in Monsanto, USA,” held on October 26, 2012 at the International Convention Hall, Agriculture Environmental Building of National Chung Hsing University. The seminar is sponsored by the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources and the Department of Law of National Chung Hsing University, “Pilot Educational Program in Transnational Medicine and Agriculture”- Crops and Flora Industry Education Resource Center of Ministry of Education, Biotechnology Develop Center, and National Science Council Research Promotion Center for Life Science.
