Hsiaoling Fan is invited to lecture on Interface of IP Law and Competition Law
Hsiaoling Fan, the partner of the Technology Law Department, is invited to lecture on Intellectual Property Law versus Competition Law on May 16 2012 at the Intellectual Property Management Training Course held by Graduate Institute of Patent, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. This lecture particularly focuses on the interface between the laws of patents, trademark and copyright and the Fair Trade Law and will discuss antitrust and unfair competition issues arising out of the exploitation and enforcement of intellectual property laws.
