Formosa Transnational has established a Public Interest Law Center to provide collectively pro bono legal services and to foster the improvement and development of the legal system in Taiwan.

The Center will actively participate on a pro bono basis in public interest legal services such as advocating law reform, applying for constitutional interpretation, attending public hearings, and representing litigations involving important jurisprudence or systemic reform. The Center currently comprises the (1) Public and Criminal Law Division, (2) Civil and Social Law Division, and (3) Financial Law Division. Attorneys from Formosa Transnational have volunteered to join the Center, using their expertise to provide pro bono services.
