It is with great sadness that we announce the passing on 1 May of Hsiaoling Fan, a partner at Formosa Transnational.  Hsiaoling was a remarkable attorney and beautiful person and was well-respected and much liked by her colleagues and clients.  Hsiaoling made significant contributions to this firm and she will be missed by all.  Hsiaoling earned LL.B. degrees from National Taiwan University College of Law, LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School, and New York University Law School, and she was a Ph.D. candidate at Beijing University.  As we mourn her passing, we will cherish fond memories of Hsiaoling and strive to emulate her deep dedication and perfectionist approach to the practice of law.
