The seminar, "Legal Issues Arising from Investments made by Taiwanese Enterprises in Japan," co-hosted by Formosa Transnational (FT) and the Japan CAST Group on the afternoon of September 11, 2015 at FT's offices, was a great success.
Formosa Transnational (FT), with the goal of assisting Taiwanese enterprises to successfully enter the Japanese market and to promote trade between Taiwan and Japan, on the afternoon of September 11, 2015 at FT's offices co-hosted with the Japan CAST Group a seminar on "Legal Issues Arising from Investments made by Taiwanese Enterprises in Japan." The investment environment in Japan was introduced and the relevant Japanese investment laws and regulations were discussed at the seminar. The speakers not only gave presentations regarding their own topics, but also spoke with attendees prior to giving their presentations so that the attendees could easily compare and better understand the differences in investment and cooperation laws in Taiwan and Japan. A social dinner followed the event to facilitate interaction between the speakers and the attendees. We are sincerely grateful for the assistance provided by the Taipei Office of the Japan Interchange Association in connection with this event.
