Formosa Transnational held the second FT Forum on “Case Review of Workers from Closed Factories and Examination of Future Reforms of Relevant Regulations” on 4 September, 2014, which was hosted by the senior partner Chun-Yih Cheng and invited two panelists, Mr. Young-Yih Wu, an Assistant Professor of Graduate Institute of Studies in Documentary & Film Archiving of Tainan National University of the Arts, and Mr. Jia-He Lin, an Assistant Professor of College of Law of National Chengchi University, to propose insightful view points and legal analysis on the issues of actual resisting activities, resisting contents and relevant draft of proposed laws.
