Court lifts ban on Galaxy Tab 10.1 shipments outside Germany
A German court has lifted the ban on shipments of Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 for all European counties. As such, Samsung is free to resume shipments of the slate through the rest of Europe.
Previously, Apple had obtained a preliminary injunction banning the shipment of Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 in the EU (except for the Netherlands, as Apple has filed another lawsuit in the Netherlands with a broader reach). The hearing there will be held in mid-September, while the one in the German court took place on 25 August.
