Hsiaoling Fan to speak on Intellectual Property Issues related to Pharmaceuticals
Hsiaoling Fan, a partner in Formosa Transnational's Technology Law Department, will be on the panel at the Seminar for Intellectual Property Issues related to Pharmaceuticals held by the Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs. The panel will include judges from Taiwan's IP Court, representatives from the pharmaceutical industry and generic drug companies, and legal scholars. The discussion will focus on patent litigation and other intellectual property related issues that are important to the pharmaceutical industry.
