Hsiaoling Fan to speak to the World Law Group on “Litigating IP Disputes in Asia”
Hsiaoling Fan, a partner in Formosa Transnational's Technology Law Department, has been invited to speak on the topic of “Litigating IP Dispute in Asia” at the World Law Group's 2011 Spring Conference in Seoul, Korea on 12 May 2011. As one of several speakers, Ms. Fan will share her experiences in IP litigation, and especially patent litigation in Taiwan’s specialized IP Court that was established in 2008, as well as anti-counterfeiting practice.
