Hsiaoling Fan to speak at Cross -Strait Law Training Courses on China's Civil Laws
Hsiaoling Fan, a partner in Formosa Transnational's Technology Law Department, who has passed the People’s Republic of China's National Judicial Examination, has been invited to speak on the topic of China's Civil Laws at the Cross-Strait Law Training Courses to be held on May 3, and 11, 2011. The Cross-Strait Law Training Courses are held by the Mainland Affairs Council of the Executive Yuan for government officers in charge of China affairs.
