Minimum Requirement on Capital of a Limited Company and a Company Limited By Shares Reduced
According to an order issued on 24 April, 2008 by MOEA, Taiwan, the minimum requirement on capital of a Limited Company is reduced to NTD 250,000 and minimum requirement on capital of a company limited by shares is reduced to NTD 500,000. Before the said order, the minimum requirement was respectively NTD 500,000 and NTD 1,000,000.
