New Amendment to the Enforcement Rules for the Urban Planning Law
~In order to prevent malicious developers from turning the manufactured houses into general residence, the Construction and Planning Agency Ministry of the Interior(CPAMI) recently proposed a new amendment to the Enforcement Rules for the Urban Planning Law.
Under the current rules, it is allowed to apply and build commercial facilities such as convenient stores, firms, and restaurants in the Industrial districts. However, after constructing, many real estate developers would illegally sell the buildings to the public as general residences which results in various legal disputes. Therefore, the competent authority proposed the new amendment to forbid constructing commercial facilities in the Industrial districts, hoping to reduce this kind of speculation.
Besides, according to the new proposed amendment, it is mandatory to cite the type of zone of the estate in an instruction of real estate.
